Return any unused product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Refunds processed in 5–10 business days after inspection.
Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date your order is marked as delivered.
To qualify, items must be unused and in original condition, with all original packaging included, and proof of purchase provided.
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned: gift cards, clearance or final-sale items, personalized products, and items damaged through customer misuse.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact support@ziptech.store within 48 hours of delivery. Photo evidence of the item and packaging may be required to process your claim.
When a return is approved for a defective or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost.
How to start a return
Email support@ziptech.store with your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will respond within 24–48 hours with next steps, including a return address and any required documentation.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service — ZipTech is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Refund processing
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Banks may take an additional 1–5 business days to post the refund to your account.
Chargebacks
Before initiating a chargeback with your bank, please contact support@ziptech.store. Almost every issue can be resolved directly and faster than a bank dispute.
