Warranty

Defects covered for 30 days. Manufacturer support beyond that.

Honest about what we cover and how. The first 30 days are on us through the returns policy. After that, manufacturer warranties apply and we help facilitate claims.

Defective on arrival

If your product arrives defective or fails within 30 days of delivery, our 30-day return policy covers it in full — including the return shipping cost. Email support@ziptech.store within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund.

Beyond 30 days

After the 30-day window, products are covered by the original manufacturer warranty (where applicable). Manufacturer terms vary by product, but most electronics carry a 6–12 month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

We're happy to help you file a manufacturer claim — email support@ziptech.store with your order number and a description of the issue, and we'll put you in touch with the right warranty contact.

What's not covered

Damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorized modification, or normal wear-and-tear is not covered by warranty or return.

Items returned without original packaging, used items outside the 30-day window, and personalized products are also non-returnable per our returns policy.

Filing a claim

Send an email to support@ziptech.store with your order number, a photo of the issue, and a short description of what's going wrong. Our team responds within 24–48 hours and will guide you through the right next step — return, replacement, or manufacturer claim.
