Free, tracked, shipped to the US and Canada.
Orders processed in 1–3 business days. Most US and Canada orders arrive within 7–14 business days with tracking from dispatch to delivery.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During high-volume periods (holidays, new launches) processing may extend slightly.
Delivery estimates are calculated from the moment the order ships, not from the order date. Please add processing time to estimated delivery time when planning.

Delivery estimates exclude order processing time and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Times may vary based on carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and high-demand seasons.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking updates are provided by our shipping partners and typically refresh within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
Multiple shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on which fulfillment warehouse they're stocked at. You'll receive a tracking email for each shipment so you can follow them independently.
Incorrect addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. ZipTech is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email support@ziptech.store within 12 hours and we'll do our best to update the address before fulfillment begins.
Lost or delayed packages
If your package is significantly delayed past the estimated window, email support@ziptech.store. We'll work with our shipping partners to investigate and resolve the shipment status.
Customs & duties
Canadian customers may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or sales taxes imposed by their region. These charges are not included in the order total and are the customer's responsibility.
